Massachusetts Convictions

Statewide Criminal Convictions Searches are conducted through a statewide system as made available by various state agencies. These records include persons guilty of felonies and some state-level misdemeanors. Results show at minimum: the case #, charge(s), dispositions and sentence term and go back at least seven years. Results will be returned on the Same Day in most instances but may vary. Same Day Turn Around begins on the day following submission if the request is entered after 2 PM. Turn Around exclusive of weekends or holidays.
