We are a duly registered NH corporation since 1995 and operate within federal and state laws regarding consumer protection such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA).
We offer tenant rental histories for all 50 states, credit reports from a national reporting agency and criminal records for all 50 states.
Our propietary database contains tens of thousands of renters who were either brought to court by their landlords or reported as owing money or damaging an apartment. Subscribers can report their good and bad tenants to LLC on our Landlord Reporting Forms. This combination of court dockets and landlord reports provides landlords with the most comprehensive and up-to-date information available anywhere.
